„Silent City“ is the first and only album of DOWNHILL and not so silent at all. There are definite traces of all its members projects like the cinematic textures of The Delta or the electro-tinged and more leftfield works by Midimiliz aka Spirallianz. This album is much more than just a collection of downtempo tracks, it has a unique style and distinct approach to it that shows of what those guys are capable of. Marcus C. Maichel, Arne Schaffhausen and Wayan Raabe unite their forces once again to create an album which is so rich and original that it is simply an irresistible sonic pleasure.
